Bad Rodach Local History Museum is located on the second floor of  Jagdschloss (former hunting lodge).

By car

There are parking spaces in various locations in the town centre.

It is a two-minute walk from the car park near the cemetery (Lempertshäuser Straße) to the museum: Cross the street, have a look at the Rückert Memorial, go on towards the town wall  and enter Schloßplatz.

Accessible car parking is available at this site.

By bus

There is a bus service between Hildburghausen and Bad Rodach and also - less frequently - between Heldburg and Bad Rodach. The nearest bus stop is "Am Markt". Then cross the street at the top of Market Square, go straight on past the pharmacy and enter Schloßplatz on the left.

By train

There are regular services between Coburg and Bad Rodach.

Leave the station, turn right and walk uphill along Heldburger Straße and Market Square. Cross the street at the top of Market Square, go straight on past the pharmacy and enter Schloßplatz on the left.
